We ship to all over Türkiye and the World
Our customers abroad who cannot come to rehearsals; If you take your measurements and send them as described in our Questions and Answers section, we will work on your wedding dresses, evening dresses and engagement dresses in the required details and send them to your address.
In order for the custom tailoring process to proceed smoothly, order your wedding dress 1.5 months in advance and your engagement and henna gowns 1 month in advance.
We can provide fast delivery for our customers coming from abroad or out of town with an appointment – if our workshop is available. To do this, be sure to call our fashion house at least 2 weeks in advance to confirm whether we are suitable or not and make an appointment!

Can I get information about your fashion house and Ms. Fatma?
While what you need to take care of on one of the happiest days of your life is your dress, the cost of not spending enough time or working with the right person while trying to save a few lira may be photos that you will never want to look at again for the rest of your life!

Can I know your prices? Do you have a wedding dress for rent?
Our engagement dresses for RENTAL start from 5 thousand liras, and our wedding dresses start from 15 thousand liras. NET PRICES for custom tailoring are given face to face and can be tailored to your budget according to the fabric and lace to be selected. The fabric and lace we use are first quality. WE DO NOT charge extra for standard short veils and tartans!
Why are there no returns or exchanges for special designs?
According to Consumer Law No. 6502; Unless there is a defective product, it is not possible to return or exchange designer products that are produced specifically for you or have been made special for you by making changes or additions .
How will we make the payment? Do you accept credit cards?
We do not accept payment by credit card.
Our way of working; 30% cash on order, 30% on proof and the remaining 40% on delivery.
Do you work on models that are not designed by you?
We can work on the (anonymous) models you want by adding our comments, and we can make changes that we deem appropriate in our own models with the “Fatma Sevildi” logo.
The registered models of our fashion house are available in the Collection section of our website . If you wish, you can come by appointment and examine our new year’s special size 38 collection designs in our showroom.
Note: Our fashion house is not a store, it is a Fashion Design Office that works by appointment only!
How can I order? What are your working hours?
We work by appointment! To request an appointment or place an order remotely, you can contact our office on +90 546 927 0621 between 09:00-18:30 . Our Istanbul branch also provides service on Sundays. Our Ankara branch only serves out-of-town appointments on Sundays.
Fatma Sevildi Fashion House provides services in Istanbul and Ankara. We have no branches or sales of our products anywhere else! You can find our address information in the Contact & E-Appointment section of our website .
There may be times during the day when we are busy and when we are in the workshop, we make appointments so that we can assist you.
How long in advance should I place my order?
When the season starts, you must order your wedding dress at least 1.5 months in advance, and your engagement and henna gowns 1 month in advance, in order for the custom tailoring process to proceed smoothly.

I’m out of town, can you practice without rehearsal before I come?
If you do not have the opportunity to come to the rehearsals, if you take your measurements and send them as described in the ” How will I take my measurements? ” section, we can work remotely and ship your henna, engagement and wedding dresses to anywhere in Turkey or the world – on the dates you want.

How can I get free style consultation?
You can get free style consultancy service from our fashion house by making an appointment whenever you want. Free style consultancy service is not provided by phone or digital media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)!

Note: This service is only for our Istanbul branch. For example, all the make-up and hijab designs of our Hijab Wedding Dress and Evening Dress Collections were made by our own team.
OUR WORKING CONDITIONS
In order to benefit from our head make-up service, you must make a reservation with a 50% pre-deposit at least 15 days in advance. Changes in the reservation date must be notified at least 1 week in advance! Otherwise, no refund will be made.
