We ship across Türkiye and worldwide.
For our international customers who are unable to attend fittings in person, we can create your wedding, evening, or engagement dress based on your body measurements. Simply follow the instructions provided in our Questions & Answers section and send us your measurements.
To ensure a smooth custom tailoring process, we recommend placing your order at least:
-1.5 months in advance for wedding gowns
-1 month in advance for engagement or henna dresses

For customers traveling from abroad or other cities within Türkiye, we may be able to provide express service — depending on our workshop’s availability. Please call us at least 2 weeks in advance to check availability and schedule an appointment.

On one of the happiest days of your life, your dress should be the only thing you need to focus on — not the consequences of cutting corners. Trying to save a few lira by not spending enough time or working with the right designer may result in wedding photos you’ll never want to look at again.

Can I get price information? Do you offer rental wedding dresses?
We do not offer wedding dress rentals.
For custom-made dresses, exact prices are given in person and may vary depending on your choice of fabric and lace. We always use premium-quality materials, and pricing can be tailored to fit your budget.

Why are returns or exchanges not accepted for custom designs?
In accordance with Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502, returns or exchanges are not permitted for custom-designed products that are specially made for you or have been personalized through modifications or additions — unless the product is defective.
How can I make a payment? Do you accept credit cards?
We currently do not accept credit card payments.
Our payment process is as follows:
30% upfront at the time of order
30% upon approval of the design or first fitting proof
40% upon final delivery
Do you work on designs that are not originally yours?
We can work on reference models you provide (as long as they are not copyrighted), incorporating our own creative input and craftsmanship.
Additionally, we are happy to make personalized changes to any of our existing Fatma Sevildi signature designs.

We work by appointment only.

Fatma Sevildi Haute Couture serves exclusively through its design studios in Istanbul and Ankara.
We do not have any other branches or product sales points.

How far in advance should I place my order?
During peak seasons, to ensure a smooth custom tailoring process, we recommend placing your order at least:
1.5 months in advance for wedding dresses
1 month in advance for engagement and henna gowns

We may be able to offer express service for customers coming from abroad or out of town — depending on our workshop’s availability.
To check availability and book an appointment, please contact our fashion house at least 2 weeks in advance.
I’m out of town — can my dress be made without a fitting before I arrive?
Absolutely! If you’re unable to attend fittings in person, we can still manage the entire process remotely.
Simply follow the instructions in our “How will I take my measurements?” section and send us your details.
We will craft your henna, engagement, or wedding dress with care and ship it anywhere in Türkiye or worldwide, according to your requested delivery date.
How do I take my measurements? – Body Size Chart
When placing your order, please kindly send us the following details in writing via email at iletisim@sevildi.com or WhatsApp at +90 546 927 0621:
-The model code of the dress you wish to order
-Your body measurements listed below
-Your standard dress size (the size you usually wear)
-Your phone number and shipping address
You can ask a family member or friend to help take your measurements using a simple measuring tape. Your measurements will be similar to the sample size chart we provide below.

You can receive a free style consultation from our fashion house by appointment only.
Please note that this service is not provided over the phone or via digital platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp).

🕒 Service Conditions
To benefit from our headdress and make-up service, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking — at least 15 days in advance.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 1 week prior to your appointment. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
